HR Manager / Recruiter (Junior / Middle)

We are looking for a responsible and proactive person who will search, selection and initial communication with candidates.

You will work directly with the company management and participate in team building.

Main responsibilities

• posting vacancies on various platforms
• processing incoming candidate feedback
• initial selection of resumes
• conducting short online interviews (10-15 minutes)
• communication with candidates and organization of interviews
• maintenance of the candidate database
• assistance in closing vacancies

Requirements

• experience in recruiting or HR will be an advantage
• knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Intermediate
• good communication skills
• attention to details
• responsibility and organization
• confident use computer and messengers
