Main duties:

• Talent Search: Search and select candidates using the most advanced methods and tools.
• Organization of interviews: Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, evaluate the potential of candidates.
• Adaptation of new employees: Provide comfortable and fast introduction of newcomers into the work process.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain personnel documentation and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

• Communicability: Ability to find a common language with different people.

• Organization: Ability to effectively plan your time and work processes.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes: Will be an advantage, but not a mandatory condition.
