HR Generalist currently provides the following HR processes in the company: search and hiring of employees, their adaptation, administration and off-boarding. The role includes operational work, document management and communication with the team and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finding and hiring personnel (recruiting)
  • Adaptation of new employees (onboarding)
  • Employee dismissal process (offboarding)
  • Maintaining internal communication and HR culture
  • Counseling employees and HR managers

Working schedule and rhythm of work

  • Main working hours: 9:00-18:00
  • Hybrid mode of work: home + with travel to the production of Kyiv, Darnytskyi Railway Station district as needed
  • Regular meetings: weekly chat report: last week's results + plan for the current one
