Responsibilities:• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees • Assist HR Manager in all matters related to recruitment (posting vacancies, screening resumes, sourcing, coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews) • Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents • Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand•Assist with implementation of new HRISGeneral requirements:•High graduation•Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written)•Excellent organizational and time management skills•Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHRIS implementation experience will be an advantage Show more Show less Position level Basic level Type of employment Full-time Job responsibilities HR Industries financial services
