Junior Help Desk Engineer in Universe Group

We are looking for a Junior HelpDesk Engineer for Universe Group

Universe Group is actively scaling: the team is growing, new offices are opening, the number of technical requests from employees is increasing.
In order to maintain the speed, service and quality of the internal infrastructure, we are strengthening the helpdesk function.

This is a role with ready-made processes, mentoring and a clear area responsibilities.
You will work with real business challenges, support teams in multiple locations and gradually grow with the function.

We are perfect for you if you want to:

• Work in a structured helpdesk, not in chaos.

• Have clear processes, instructions and prioritization.

• Receive full training and support at the start.

• Put practical experience in IT Support / HelpDesk.

• Work with live offices, real people and tasks.

• Over time grow to Middle / Senior HelpDesk.

(laptops, peripherals, work with the asset accounting system).

• Processing of helpdesk requests in the ticket system (access, basic problems of macOS / Windows, 2FA, VPN, corporate software).

• Administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Okta.

• Support of several locations: offices in Kyiv, online support of the office in Warsaw, support of remote employees.

• Communication with related teams.

• Adherence to service standards, SLA and priorities.

We expect you to have:

• From 6 months of commercial experience in HelpDesk / IT Support / IT Support Engineer.
