Junior Graphic Designer in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Creative Designer for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech.

TENTENS Tech – a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always race far beyond the horizon. 

The designer will work in the Return Zone department, the main goal of which is to return the audience to projects using Retention marketing channels (web-push, SMS, email). The tasks in this position will be related to creating a design for email letters, developing the effectiveness of mailings, as well as analyzing the results. A copywriter, retention manager and email designer will work with you on the creative component of emails.   

What challenges await:

— Creation of an original design of e-mails that will boost OR, CTR and CTOR postal metrics; 
— Systematic collaboration with Retention Marketer, copywriter and other team members to generate ideas for testing content/creatives and improving the strategy of communication with the audience;
— Analyzing the effectiveness of creatives and topics of letters based on data and metrics, their further adaptation based on the obtained results;
— Ensuring the consistency and quality of communications with the audience in various communication channels (email, web-push, SMS); 
— Research in various directions (industry trends and novelties, competitors, etc.).

What is important to us:

Must have:

— Experience as a graphic designer from 6 months; 
— Ability to generate new design ideas, find non-standard solutions to attract and retain users;
— Ability to effectively manage time and work on several projects at the same time; 
— Understanding of modern design marketing and industry trends;
— Ability to research, analyze, structure and convey information.

Nice to have:

— Experience in creating design for emails. 

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
