Junior Funding Specialist in JustMarkets Tech

Due to team expansion, we are currently looking for a results-oriented Junior Funding Specialist. If you want to start your career in an international IT company and join our Back Office department, then we are looking for you!

Main requirements:

• Higher education (economics, finance, accounting) will be a plus
• Knowledge of the English language at the level of strong Pre-Intermediate and above
• Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets
• Confident command of a PC
• Strong analytical skills
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule(working shifts of 8 hours, 3-4 night shifts per month are provided).

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing inquiries from customers/partners and solving issues related to transactions and other operational aspects
• Communicating with customers/partners via e-mail
• Interacting with merchants and suppliers to resolve controversial issues
• Performing additional technical tasks related to work processes
