Junior Full-stack JS Developer in Mate academy

We are Mate academy — an EdTech startup with a technological, gamified, AI-friendly LMS platform where people learn IT specialties.Our mission is to help 1 million people worldwide build their careers in IT.Already 4000+ graduates have landed their first IT jobs after just 4 months of training.Successfully launched our business in Poland and Brazil and have plans to expand to other countries.We are looking for a reliable and proactive Junior Full-stack Developer who is ready to join us for a full-time position and would strengthen our platform team which creates LMS (Learning Management System) main tool our students use during the studying process. You can try the product yourself.Tech stack: React, Next.js, Typescript, Node.js, React Native, Apollo GraphQL, Postgresql, Sequelize, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (lambda, sqs, opensearch, dynamodb, EKS, redshift, and other).Required skills: Commercial experience in Javascript (React and Node.js) - 0,6+ years;Experience with HTML/CSS, TS, React, Node.js, SQL, AWS;English- Intermediate or higher.As a plus:Experience with NextJS, experience with GraphQL (server and client), Websockets;Experience with the serverless framework;Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.Your tasks will be:Implement features E2E;Work closely with Developers, Designers, QA Engineers, Product Manager;Create functionality for LMS such as chats, code editor, learning flow, etc;Social features in our product (tasks discussion, forum).We offer:A mission to help 1M people to start their careers in tech;No bureaucracy;Freedom to make own decisions and influence business;Unlimited paid vacation;A cozy office in the center of Kyiv, completely autonomous and ready to work in any force majeure in winter.
