What kind of person are we waiting for?

- Responsible, with willingness to solve "turnkey" tasks;
— With experience in organizing events (1+ years);
— With excellent organizational and communication skills;
— Able to work effectively in multitasking mode and correctly set priorities in daily tasks.

Areas of responsibility:

— Understand office processes relative to established standards;
— Planning event budgets, control of bill payments and interaction with contractors;
— Close interaction with HR and Communications teams;
— Organization of TENTENS Tech events of various formats: corporate online/offline events for employees, retrospectives, training and entertainment events, etc.;
— Participating in the formation of the calendar of internal events;
— Working on merch and gifts: generating ideas, working closely with the designer, working with contractors.
