What does it mean to work as a Junior Engineer at BAZHANE?

This is the role of a specialist who participates in the support of the company's IT infrastructure: configures computers and peripherals, connects users to the network and printers, diagnoses technical problems and interacts with service companies. We are looking for someone who is attentive to details, responsible and ready to quickly learn new systems.

Main tasks:

• Providing technical support to users (L1-L2)
• Configuration and maintenance of employees' workplaces (laptops, peripherals);
• Installation and configuration of operating systems and application software;
• Connecting users to the network, Wi-Fi, printers;
• Diagnosis and elimination of technical problems;
• Support of office equipment (MFP, printers);
• Training of new workers places;
• Help in accounting and inventory of IT equipment;
• Interaction with external service companies (repair of equipment, filling of cartridges, etc.);
• Travels between officesto solve technical problemsMezhyhirska 82 and(IP, DHCP, Wi-Fi);
• Experience in setting up PCs, laptops and peripherals;
• Ability to diagnose technical problems;
• Willingness to learn quickly and understand new systems;
• Responsibility and accuracy;
• Communication, desire to help users.

Will be a plus:

• Basic understanding of Active Directory;
• Understanding the basics of information security;
• Experience in IT Support / HelpDesk.
