Junior Email Marketing Specialist in EMRG Capital

Hello! We are looking for a Junior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team, who is not afraid of challenges and seeks to develop in the field of email marketing. We consider candidates without experience, but with a strong desire to gain valuable experience and training under the mentorship of an experienced professional. In 2023, we sent more than one million emails in three languages ​​and plan to increase this number next year. If you want to work with well-known Swiss high-end projects and be involved in all email marketing processes, then this job is for you :) Who are we? EMRG Capital is a venture studio. We create new businesses and startups. Here are some of the projects that we have already launched, and a short greeting from the founders. Our team consists of young, capable and purposeful people from different parts of the world: Ukraine, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Great Britain, etc. There are about fifty of us and we are a completely remote team. We only hire the top 5% of candidates, but those who join our team receive systematic training, resources and a level of responsibility that is hard to find elsewhere in the market. The average age of managers in our company is 25 years old, the youngest is only 18. We focus on attracting and developing talented people at the junior level, or without experience at all. We managed to build mentoring and internal training systems, which are described in more detail here.Tasks that await you:Participation in the development and launch of weekly email campaigns using automation servicesWorking with audiences for email campaigns: creation, design, launch, segmentation and sortingWorking with databases and lists of leads for email campaignsWriting texts for small-volume emails (for example, invitations to an event or a presentation)Preparing briefs for designers and copywritersGrammatically checking texts for emailsCreating layouts for printed versions of emailsWorking with a large number of such digital tools as: Reply.io, Mailchimp, Figma , Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Salesforce, Typeform.
