Today he leads a team of two analysts, a designer and a product manager and is responsible for rapid product development and user retention. PDF Guru has more than 30 tools for efficient work with documents. Users from more than 35 countries around the world choose PDF Guru for their needs. The role of Email Marketing Manager is critical to our teams You will be responsible for the development and implementation of communication strategies with our audience through various channels, primarily through emails. We believe that it is by retaining our customers that we will be able to influence the main product metrics and improve our product. Your future tasks: Creation, management and optimization of automated email campaigns to increase income and return customers. Monitoring the effectiveness of email marketing and web push channels. Formulation of hypotheses to improve these indicators. Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results to optimize key indicators. Tracking trends in the industry and monitoring competitors to identify opportunities to improve user retention. Tracking email delivery, domain reputation and building a successful reputation on various ESPs (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail ).What you need to join us: Good analytical skills. Intermediate English level and above. Understanding of A/B testing principles. Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work. Willing to learn quickly and take full control processes and be responsible for the final result.
