Junior Digital Manager in Kasta

What will be included in the duties:

• Help in creating and editing creatives. You need to be able to make TK for different traffic sources and be able to analyze the effectiveness of these creatives.
• Analytics of key performance indicators (CAC, CPO, ROMI, etc. ) and analyzing the results of advertising campaigns. It is necessary to understand how CAC differs from CPO, to navigate well in the main indicators of digital activities and to be able to draw conclusions.
• Working with Excel: data analysis, reporting, working with tables, graphs and formulas.
• Basic understanding of SEO, ASA/ASO and PPC. We have in-house teams and contractors, you need to be able to speak the same language with specialists in order to understand what is happening and be able to set the task correctly.
• Cooperation with other departments to achieve common company goals.
• Work with the application, work with MMP (it's okay if you don't have experience, we'll teach you)
• Help with documents. We have many contractors, the list of which is increasing every week. We need a person who will also help with documents.
• Performance of additional tasks related to digital marketing.

• Basic level of English (oral and written communication).
• Experience with Excel (confident work with formulas, tables, reports).
• Basic understanding of SEO and PPC (key terms, basics of setting up advertising campaigns in Google Ads/Facebook Ads).
• Attention to details, responsibility, willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
• Communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Desirable experience in the field of eCommerce.
