Junior developer (React or Java Spring)

Are you a Java or JS developer or aspire to be one? We’re looking for individuals with a passion for learning and self-improvement. If you’re self-motivated, proactive in research, and boast an IQ of 120 or above, you might just be the person we’re seeking!

Java Proficiency:

• Java Core.
• Multithreading
• Spring
• Hibernate
• MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Algorithms
• Good to have: Kafka, Microservices, Docker, K8s

JS Proficiency:

• React (typescript)
• Routing — React-router
• Any state management — eg Redux

JS Good to have:

• React Table
• UI library — Chakra UI
• React Select and chakra-react-select i18n Swiper
• ESLint, Prettier, Husky
• Vite with vite-plugin-svgr
• Package manager — pnpm

Additional: Git, cloud technologies.

Our Project:

We’re proud winners of a non-profit idea competition in the hospitality sector. Now, our goal is to roll out an MVP and work towards its monetization. We’re building a game-changing platform that allows users to book hotels 10 times faster and grab the best deals compared to other platforms. Our user experience is revolutionary, inspired by the Tinder swipe model. Key features? No outdated technologies, innovative approaches, and a dynamic young team.

We’re fortified with a team of Java/JS mentors boasting a decade’s experience and UI/UX designers who have a clear vision of our objective.

Kindly note: This project is non-commercial. We welcome experienced developers as well as trainees who wish to volunteer and gain hands-on experience.
