WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- senior students or graduates of the majors: power engineering, computer science;
- with an understanding of the principles ofbots of the energy market and commercial accounting (will be an advantage);
- with a basic understanding of the operation of IT systems, processing and data transmission;
- with an understanding of the principles of REST API, network interaction of systems (will be an advantage);
- confident users of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive);
- with a desire to quickly learn and master new systems and processes;
- attentive to details and with analytical thinking;
- communicative and ready to interact with users;
- knowledge of the English language at the A2+ level.
MAIN TASKS:
- processing of user requests and providing advice on the operation of the Datahub PC;
- analysis of commercial accounting data and individual platforms based on user requests;
- testing of processes and system functionality to identify the causes of incidents;
- working with the REST API (Postman) to analyze the correctness of the system’s operation;
- participation in the classification and analysis of incidents;
- preparation of instructional and reference materials;
- participation in the implementation of new functionality and user support.
STAGES OF THE COMPETITION:
- feedback on the vacancy;
- interview with an HR specialist;
- final interview with the head of the department.
