About role:
We are looking for a talented full-time Junior Statistician. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a strong math background.You will join the interesting project to implement your knowledge and skills in the best way.

Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of statistics & probability theory.
- Python programming skills.
- Intermediate+ English.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail as well as good problem-solving, time management, and logic skills.
- Passion for research and self-improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly andconcisely to clinical teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Perform actuarial & machine learning research on big datasets
- Work with management and colleagues to prioritize needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Reporting: writing automated scripts that provide for report generation
