We invite you to our team - Junior Data Analysta.

What will you do:

• Analyze the dynamics of the behavior of the subscriber base, identify patterns and trends.
• Model the behavior of the client base of the B2C segment, prepare relevant conclusions and recommendations.
• Analyze profitability and the effectiveness of 1-2-1 campaigns, targeted sales channels, tariffs, services, etc.
• Monitor deviations in the implementation of planned and budget indicators, prepare relevant conclusions and comments.
• Conduct commercial analysis indicators and indicators with non-standard logic across segments and sales channels with the aim of preparing for the implementation of new targeted campaign initiatives.
• Prepare regular and one-time reports and analytical presentations.
• Make suggestions for improving reporting , its display and automation.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• Work experience of 1 year or more (preferred).
• A confident user of Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
• You have an advanced level of MSSQL and Power BI .
• You understand the principles of customer base segmentation to prepare the most converting sample.
• Able to work with large databases.
• Strong analytical skills.
