-help in solving our users' requests; World;
-Work on product improvement (escalation of problems to the respective departments). IMPORTANT:

- Upper Intermediate/Advanced English (B2+), Called and Written;
- Willingness to Work in Night Languages ​​(~ 6 per month) from 23:00 to 08:00; communications: ability to work with user objections;
