Junior Customer Support (educational product) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.
 

Brighterly is building an online math school for children from 6 up to 13 years in the USA. We aim to build the next EdTech unicorn in a window of 4-5 years. And now we are looking for reinforcementin our team.

Duties:
— communication communicate with clients who did not come to the demo lesson, find out the reason, agree with them on rescheduling the class;
— activate new students - find out the wishes of clients, agree on the schedule, set up classes, solve organizational issues;
— communicate with clients both orally and in writing.

Our ideal candidate:
— speaks English at B2+ level;
— is ready to make calls to clients (exclusively a warm base, those who have signed up for a demo class or have already purchased a package);
— has a high level of energy and empathy (active listening, ability to hear the client);
— has the willingness and desire to work in a team.

Willing to consider candidates without work experience.

Will be an advantage:< /strong>
— basic level of knowledge of sales technicians;
— experience with CRM.
