Junior Customer Success Manager in Medical Data Management / MDM

Medical Data Management has been the largest provider of communication and research solutions for companies for over 20 years, working on the international pharmaceutical market.

We implement projects for such companies as TEVA, GSK, Sandoz, ARTERIUM, MSD, Farmak, Bayer and others.

We are currently looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager.

Basic requirements:

• confident PC user, Microsoft Office (preferably CRM system);
• understanding of business processes of marketing research;
• ability to argue and conduct effective negotiations with clients;
• responsibility, creative approach to solving tasks, ability to learn quickly.

Your tasks will be:

• maintenance of projects in the CRM system (entering budgets, payments, tracking the status of projects and payments, etc.);
• preparation and implementation of project documentation, including annexes to the contract, TOR of projects ;
• control of compliance with timing both on the part of the Client and on the part of various services involved in the projects;
• control of the implementation of project implementation targets (scope, term and quality) by coordinating work various services involved in project implementation and project support at various stages;
• organization of an effective communication process between all project participants within the scope of their support at all stages.
