Be part of PUMA! We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Manager for cooperation.

YOUR MISSION:

• Ensuring excellent partner support by promptly responding to their inquiries and effective problem solving.
• Tracking and managing daily shipments to partners, providing them with all necessary shipment information (specifications, invoices and other relevant documents).
• Working in SAP to fulfill orders (creation, modification and closing of orders and deliveries, verification of agreed prices and discounts, as well as monitoring of open orders and fulfillment of deliveries).

• Management of product returns from partners and their processing in SAP.
• Preparation and provision of analytical data for reports.
• Cooperation with other departments to effectively meet partner requests, ensure uninterrupted daily support for partners.
• Supporting the department team in daily operational processes.

YOUR TALENTS:

• Experience in trade and related positions is welcome. 
• Higher education in economics, marketing, category manager, etc.
• English language — Intermediate level and above (part of the interview will be held in English).  
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel),  knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, systematic approach to work, high  communication skills, focus on tasks, responsibility, attention to details, initiative , flexibility, desire to learn, ability to work in a team.
