Junior Customer Expert Specialist (Customer Experience) in Kovalska

We are currently looking for a junior specialist in the client experience department , which will be involved in the organization, conduct and analysis Waiting:

• Higher education (preferably marketing, sociology)
• minimal experience in one of the areas: customer counseling, service support, client experience, loyalty programs, etc. Presentation creation and skills - will be the advantage

Basic responsibilities:

• Participation in the creation of questionnaires for quantitative studies of customer satisfaction and loyalty (NPS, CSI). Presentations
• Initiating CJM existing CJM to improve client experience
• Improvement planning together with relevant business units
• Analysis of new services/processes after launching them
