Junior Customer Engagement Specialist (Shafa.ua) in EVO

About the role:

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be the voice of Shafa for new sellers and help them discover the benefits of online trading on our platform. This is a role for those who are persuasive, not afraid of cold calling, and eager to expand the product range to millions of users. How cool and diverse the selection of products on the platform will be depends on your activity.

About the team:

You will join Shafa's Content Team, which currently consists of a manager and five moderators. We are actively developing, because thousands of new customers come to us every day. We value responsibility, attention to details and teamwork for the common goal of attracting reliable partners.

What you need to do:

• search for new potential sellers on the Internet
• make outgoing cold calls and "warm" base (this is your main channel of communication)
• work with objections and explain the advantages of the platform (commission, traffic, tools)
• accompany the seller by phone at the stage of registration and first loading of goods
• consult on tariffs and site rules
• fulfill planned indicators (KPI) regarding the number of calls and engagements partners

This role is for you if you have:

• experience in sales or support service (telephone line) from 6 months
• knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to apply them in practice
• literate Ukrainian (both orally and in writing)
• ability to convey information correctly, convincingly and accessible
• responsibility and extreme attention to details

It will be an advantage:

• understanding of the E-commerce market (how the marketplace differs from online store and how sellers work on Shafa, Prom, Rozetka or OLX)
