Junior CRM manager in SoftSvit

SoftSvit is a product IT company that is engaged not only in the development, but also in the promotion of its own product We are currently looking for aJunior CRM manager for our team.

Requirements:

• Experience in CRM systems from 6 months;
• Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Docs;
• Knowledge of English not lower than Pre-Intermediate level;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Attention to details.

Will be an advantage:

• Multitasking, ability to manage several projects in parallel;
• Ability to write technical tasks for development or refinement of functionality;
• Automation of work processes.

Responsibilities:

• Segmentation of the client base to build personal communication;
• Interaction with Product departments, in the process of creating advertising promotions;
• Coordinating the work of notification flows;
• Starting notification flows through various communication channels with clients;
• Ordering and full support of the process of forming advertising texts, creatives, interaction with copywriters, editors;
• Launch of segments, support and control of advertising promotions for clients;
• Publishing materials on projects and ensuring the relevance of posted information.< /li>
