Over the last year, we invented a lot of advertising that went all over the world - from Zhytomyr to Budapest. But without a super-organized project, we cannot fly higher. Your future tasks: manage a creative team; communicate with internal customers (producers, marketers, etc.); share the status of campaign development; work closely with middle and senior project managers to coordinate the processes of other markets; distribute the workload of the team so that no one gets burned out; prioritize tasks (understand which RK is needed ASAP and which deadlines can be pushed); control the quality of the team's performance of tasks; collect feedback from marketers and the production team to improve our campaigns. We need a real troubleshooter , who: gets involved in 360° projects; has 1 year of experience as an account or project manager; speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate+ level to understand the requests of teams from other countries; closes tasks on time and always keeps his finger on the pulse of the project status; he is basically oriented towards the workflow of a copywriter and designer; he is enthusiastic about challenging tasks; he wants to become "you" with digital advertising; he wants to learn and develop in the field of project management.
