How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• display of changes in the organizational structure and its up-to-date visualization.
ensuring data compliance in the HiBob and BAS ERP systems: directory support, personnel changes, system filling and data summary, information verification, etc.
• documentation support for the implementation of current benefits: DMS, participation in the support of cost compensation for benefits, etc.
• participation in the automation of personnel management processes, the formation of requirements for the development/improvement of the functionality of the HRMS system
• participation in the preparation of presentation materials, other HR-projects

Challenges for three months: 

• adaptation in the team and company
• independent and high-quality implementation of operations in BAS ERP/HiBob regarding personnel changes
• taking over tasks for the future from other specialists (DMS, documentation support, benefits support, etc.)
• acquaintance with the company's corporate culture and policy
• familiarization with the internal processes of the department and the company
  

To achieve results, you will need:

• skills in administrative work and record keeping, experience in personnel administration - desirable
• experience working with HR systems or databases as an operator
• independence, ability to plan activities, responsibility
• dknowledge of working under tight deadlines and with large amounts of information, attention to detail
• Google Sheets skills would be an advantage

How you regulate your work time?

• you can plan your own work schedule , however, to be effective, 
• we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
20 days off personal needs and 10 - due to illness (subject to rewards)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation
