Junior Compensation & Benefits Specialist in ELEKS

Eleks Human Capital Administration is looking for Junior Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Lviv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk or Ternopil.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the compensation and benefits field will be a plus
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of remuneration system and personnel motivation, knowledge of grading
• Knowledge of Economics and Labor Organization
• Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
• Experience with Payroll UA and International, Contractors’ remuneration and Employees will be a plus
• Intermediate English level

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participation in the development and improvement of the organizational structure, analysis of the compliance of the organizational structure with the business objectives
• Organization of job profile preparation. Maintain job titles and job profiles up to date
• Participation in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the existing remuneration systems, compensation schemes and packages
• Participation in the improvement of the remuneration system and introduction of new systems and incentives for employees
• Participation in the development of regulations on remuneration, bonuses, vacation, and other regulations
• Organization and fulfillment of social programs development in the company
• Maintenance and support of automated accounting systems, preparation of technical specifications for the automation of processes related to accounting employees, assessment of staff, time tracking, payroll, etc
• Organization of budgeting for social benefits to employees of the company, maintaining a database of benefits that are granted to employees of the company
• Participation in the research of compensation and benefits in the industry (salary surveys)
• Development of a staff schedule
• Preparation of statistical reports and analytical reports in the field of Compensation and Benefits
• Analysis of the labor market and the calculation of salary ranges according to the categorization of employees
