Junior Compensation and Benefits Specialist in MAUDAU

What is important to us?

• Experience in the role of Compensation and Benefits specialist;
• Experience in HR analytics or related fields;
• Experience with Excel at a basic level (knowledge of formulas, ability to work with large data sets);

• Practical experience of working with HRIS/HRMS.

What will you do?

• Data processing, connected with remuneration
• Maintenance of monthly salary information (calculation)
• Building and maintenance of monthly People Data reports
• Conducting market research of salaries and non-material remuneration
• Participation in the development of the company's social package

Will be a plus:

• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, autonomous acceptance skills solutions;
• Knowledge of creating compensation packages and bonus programs for different departments and seniority levels;
• High understanding of performance evaluation and analysis systems;
• Good analytical skills and love of data;
• Experience conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
