  The advantage will be:

  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage (English, Spanish or Portuguese);
  • Successful experience in managing a team of more than 5 people and training from the 1st year will be an advantage;

  Your tasks will be:< /p>

  • Compose lecture materials, train and adapt new employees;
  • Execute qualitative and quantitative indicators and monitor team performance ;
  • Maintain the HR brand and corporate culture of the employer;
  • Work with staff involvement and motivation;
