Junior Business Analyst (electronic document flow) in IT-Enterprise

Our expectations

• Experience as a business analystfrom 6 months to 2 years.
• Basic understanding the logic of CRM systems.
• Skills of collecting, analyzing and describing requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Ability to create process diagrams (BPMN/UML).
• Understanding the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably experience in Agile/Scrum.
• Working with Confluence / Google Docs, task management in Jira or similar.
• Ability to test implemented functions (business review, smoke testing).
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, systematic approach.
• Ability to effectively interact with business and technical teams.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience of participating in projects to implement or support electronic document flow / CRM.
• Knowledge and experience of working with KEP, electronic signature, Diya, M.E.Doc.
• Courses or certifications in business analysis (IBA, BA School, Prometheus, etc.).

Functional tasks

• Analysis of business processes and formalization of requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams).
• Communication with customers and technical teams to clarify the requirements.
• Testing the implemented functionality for compliance with the requirements.
