Junior Business Analyst in Paymentop

• Integration with multiple PSPs, eWallets, card processors, acquirers and software vendors;
• Multiple integration options;
• Detailed in-app analytics;
• Intelligent payment routing and cascading;

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows and use cases.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify their needs and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
• Assist in developing and implementing business process improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.
• Perform basic SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
• Use visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to present data insights.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think logically and sequentially.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database structures.
• Familiarity with process modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with integration processes.
• Basic knowledge of payment systems and their operations.
• Prior experience or coursework in business analysis.
