KEY TASKS:

• Analysis of processes, data and documents, questionnaires of key users, formalization of requirements for software products;
• Development of tasks for programming (functional specification);
• Configuration and testing of role models and software functionality provision;
• Implementation of software products and training of users to work with them;
• Control of the implementation of improvements and projects. Development and updating of instructions for end users;
• Resolution of incidents, requests for IT services within the framework of the agreed SLA of IT services;
• Communication with the user in the process of resolving questions regarding appeals.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU YOU HAVE:

• Higher education in the field of IT;
• Experience in database design;

• Knowledge of the SQL programming language (Oracle, MS);
• Experience in designing business processes;
• Designing algorithmic flowcharts;
• Developed analytical and communicative skills.
