Our portfolio of projects is growing, which is why we are looking for < strong>juniorbusiness analyst (-kynu) to the team of the international digital project, which aims to strengthen the digital transformation of Ukraine and promote economic revival, transparency in recovery and democratic governance!

What tasks await you:
< ul>research and analyze existing business processes within the project;
document functional and non-functional requirements for the system;
explore and understand the legislation regulating the provision of administrative services within the framework of project activities;
hold meetings with interested parties to find out and clarify requirements for system functionality and interaction with other information systems;
prepare and conduct presentations.
What we expect from you:
higher education;
more than one (1) year of experience in business analysis;
understanding the software development life cycle;
skills for modeling and describing business processes using various artifacts and tools (ERD, Context Diagram, Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN, UML, etc.);
experience in communications with customers (clarification of requirements, conducting presentations) will be an advantage.
Personal qualities: the ability to listen to the customer, the ability to express one's opinion clearly and clearly, attention to detail, system thinking, stress resistance, responsibility, initiative, literacy, the ability to work effectively in a team.
