What will you do:
- Participation in the development of brand strategy and in solving tactical tasks.
- Participation in the generation of rational creative ideas/proposals for improving the positioning of the brand in the market.
- Participation in the creation of a new product and bringing it to the market.
- Working with reports on sales, shelf share, trade marketing manifestations, prices, etc.
- Participation in the formation of the budget for the year and control of its implementation.
- Participation in the development, launch and analysis of advertising campaigns in digital, SMM, on radio and TV, cooperation with agencies.
- Cooperation with the SMM agency Analysis of the market, competitive environment, determination of market trends, price policy, trade marketing manifestations.
- Work with documentation on projects within the framework of the brand strategy.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Experience in promoting brands in the FMCG market from 2 years. Work with the alcohol category will be a great advantage;
- Economic or marketing education;
- Experience in the main marketing processes (market analysis, development of brand positioning, development and promotion channels, work with the product portfolio);
- Knowledge of basic marketing research tools and their application in the analysis of market adjustments in the market;
- Knowledge of indicators media planning;
- Knowledge of economic indicators used in marketing statistics (sales, cost price, margin, market share, distribution, etc.);
- Knowledge of the principles of working withtrademarks and intellectual property, legal literacy in contractual activities.
- Structured approach and multitasking work
- Developed communication skills, experience in training, demonstrations and presentations.
