Weare looking for a Junior Billing Administrator who(- a) will work as part of the internal finance team.

Your future role will consist of such as:

• invoicing clients in the Kantata program;
• closing projects in the Kantata program;
• making manual adjustments in the program by project ; 
• downloading of standard reports from programs and their adaptation;
• interaction with business controllers;
• creation and administration of purchase orders in the Clever Desk program;
• >
• other tasks from the manager.

What for us it is important:

• a higher education in finance/accounting and audit/economics (we will consider final year students);
• 1 year of work experience in a similar field (database administrator, assistant accountant, SAP administrator, etc.) will be an advantage;
• level English - Intermediate and above;
• knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) at the level of an experienced user;
• ability and desire to work in a team;
• work in multitasking mode;
• analytical thinking, attentiveness, responsibility.
