Junior account manager (RozetkaPay) in EVO

RozetkaPay is a payment service that provides convenient, fast and reliable payment services both online and offline, and makes the purchase process simple and safe.

RozetkaPay is part of the EVO-Rozetka group of companies. The payment service was created on the basis of the country's most famous marketplaces, which are used by millions of Ukrainians. Our services are already used by Rozetka, Prom, Vchasno, Bigl, Shafa, Volonter by Prom, Vodafone, Robota.ua, Yakaboo and others. 

About the team:

Currently, the team consists of a leader and three specialists - Presale, who is responsible for finding leads and establishing the first contact, Sales, who is engaged in attracting merchants and accompanying them to the conclusion of a contract, and Key Account responsible for the integration of merchants involved in sales and their support.

What is important for this role:

• experience in building partnerships with clients

ability to analyze simple indicators 

• basic skills of working with Excel (sorting, filtering data)

• attention to details and willingness to understand technical issues

Tasks:

• maintenance of the existing base of merchants (processing of incoming requests in messengers and proactive control of current indicators)

• assistance at the stage of integration for new merchants who are transferred by a Sales specialist

• expansion of cooperation with existing merchants through the connection of new products and services, documentary support (preparation of reports (analytics), acts)
