Main tasks:

  • to communicate with clients at all stages of the project (online calls, electronic communication, personal meetings) and establish trusting long-term relationships with them;
  • analyze customer needs;
  • timely solve problems that arise during the implementation of projects, settle disputed issues;
  • coordinate the work of a team of technical specialists;
  • analyze the achievement of project goals, control the deadlines and results of tasks performed by the team;
  • manage the strategic development of the project taking into account the interests of clients (understand business processes and clients' goals, transform goals into tasks and allocationfollow them by channels, determine the most effective promotion tools);
  • manage the client's financial issues and document flow.
