How can you affect the development of the company:

• Troubleshooting, Investigation of incidents and solving users' problems in Jira and Confluence

• Project, Setting and Optimization of Jira Projects according to the needs of commands (Permission Scheme, Issue Type Scheme, Workflow, Screen Scheme)

• Introduction of JIRA integration with other corporate systems (Slack, Service Desk, CI/CD, Hibob)

• Automation of the processes with the help of base Rules and extended methods (Rest API, Scriptrunner, Power Scripts)

• Development and support of scripts for automation of recurring tasks

• Performance monitoring and optimization of automation in JIRA, Confluence and Hibob

• Administration and Support Confluence: Creating Multilevel Page Structures, Macro Settings, Jira Integration

Challenge for three months:

• Familiarize yourself with the organization of the main processes and approaches to the team

• Self-perform operating tasks, including:

-Communication with Users and Related Commands

-Analysis of Requests and Requirements

-Formation of Expenses for Implementation

-Introduction of Changes or Troubleshooting

• To master the current approaches of the team in working with tools (JIRA, CONFLUENCE, HIBOB, GITLAB, PYTHON, REST API) and demonstrate knowledge of their functionality

• Suggest and at least one improvement of any process or tool

To achieve the results, you will need:

• Work experience from 2+ years

• DEPLening Jira and Confluence

• experience of analysis, configuration and optimization Jira
