Embrace the challenge of innovating in a dynamic, global environment.Long-term Perspectives:Opportunity to work with the latest technological stack.Dynamic working conditions with new methodologies and approaches.Responsibilities:Manage and lead a high-performing development team.Engage intensively with project stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.Evaluate and adopt new tools, libraries, and methodologies to enhance delivery quality.Drive continuous quality improvement through code reviews, Sonar issue resolution, and comprehensive testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).Integrate components with various internal and external client systems.Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot application servers.Monitor applications, processes, scheduled jobs, and gather metrics and logs.Enhance CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment processes.Automate routine tasks using scripting languages.Design distributed applications to meet complex business requirements.Skills:Must Have:Strong technical skills with a passion for innovation.Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team, with 7 years in IT.Solid Java expertise with at least 6 years of commercial experience.Proficient in SQL, preferably Oracle or PostgreSQL dialects.Strong knowledge of Spring framework components (Boot, IoC, MVC, AOP, Security, Data, JDBC, Test) with at least 4 years of commercial experience.Ability to analyze problems, propose effective solutions, and implement consensus-driven decisions.Nice to Have:Experience with Angular for frontend development.Deep understanding of Oracle databases.Familiarity with Spring Cloud modules and microservice architecture.Good grasp of CI/CD principles, with exposure to tools like TeamCity or Jenkins.Hands-on experience with Linux systems, including navigation, file operations, permissions, processes, services, and Bash scripting.
