Java Software Engineer in Elevatix

Java Developer (Big Data)We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on vital business tasks in a highly loaded environment while providing leadership and mentorship to the development team.Required skills and Experience:Java Stack: Experience with Web Microservices Design, REST-based APIs, JSON in Java, and frameworks like Node.js, Angular, React, etc.Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.Familiarity with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.Knowledge of modern data pipelines, data streaming, and real-time analytics using tools such as Apache Kafka and Zookeeper.Strong motivation to develop in the field of Big Data technologies.Experience with various databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, and NoSQL.Experience with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark is a significant advantage.Python experience is a plus.Ability to optimize database queries and performance tuning is an added advantage.Experience with highloaded architectures and real time data streaming is a big plus Multithreading and Data Structures:Solid knowledge of multithreading.Strong understanding of data structures, collections, and arrays.Strong ability to organize and manage data.Web Services and Microservices:Strong knowledge of RESTful web services and microservices.Ability to decode HTTP requests and responses, including understanding third-party authorization mechanisms (e.g., SSO, AWS, etc.).Tools and Infrastructure:Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.Experience working with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, modeling tools, profiling tools, and JMeter.Basic knowledge of Linux and Bash/Shell scripting.Experience:A mathematical or technical degree is a plus.At least 5 years of commercial experience.Having a LeetCode profile is a plus.
