As a Software Engineer specializing in Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) within the call center software domain, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ACD features to optimize call routing, enhance agent productivity, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to implement scalable and efficient ACD algorithms and workflows.
