Java Developer in INCOAlliance

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performing applications.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience as a Java developer.

Proven expertise in Relational/NoSQL Distributed Databases.

Solid understanding of messaging platforms like Kafka.

Demonstrated experience in developing microservices-based architecture.

Proficiency in Spring framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate.

Experience with unit testing frameworks (Junit, TestNG, etc.).

A track record of writing design documents for software architecture.

Familiarity with environment tools such as Maven, GIT, Jenkins, Docker.

Hands-on experience with CI tools like Jenkins.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to take on additional tasks as required.

Experience working in a scrum team.

Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain microservices-based architecture.

Design and implement efficient and reusable Java code.

Manage data storage solutions using both Relational and NoSQL databases.

Conduct unit testing with frameworks like JUnit or TestNG to ensure code quality.

Write comprehensive design documents that outline software architecture and solutions.

Work with CI/CD tools such as Maven, GIT, Jenkins, and Docker to streamline development processes.

Collaborate effectively in a scrum team and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
