Required skills:

• Experience in administration of Ivanti Service Manager systems
• Knowledge of system architecture, its modules and functionality
• Configuration of business rules, forms, workflows (Workflows)
• Experience of Ivanti ITSM integration with external systems
• Development of custom solutions, forms.
• Experience in performing system updates, providing system backup and recovery

Helpdesk experience and knowledge of ITIL or COBIT would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• System administration - Setting up, monitoring and supporting the operation of the Ivanti ITSM platform, Managing system configurations, Ensuring continuous operation of modules
• Customization and integration - Setting up custom forms, dashboards, templates e-mails and automatic processes, Integration of Ivanti ITSM with other corporate systems, Use of API for integration of external solutions
• Management access - Setting up roles, access rights, Maintaining documentation on the allocation of access
• Update and support - Performing system updates, checking the compatibility of new versions, Implementing new functions and fixing errors in the system.
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting - Identifying and eliminating technical problems in system operation, Supporting users and resolving their requests
• Documentation and training - Development of technical documentation for users and administrators
• Interaction with the team - Collaboration with other IT departments, Interaction with developers
