A dynamically developing gas and oil products retail company, represented by a network of gas stations throughout Ukraine under the "MOTTO" trademark, announces a competition to fill a vacancy IT technical support specialist / system administrator Requirements: higher education (technical); confident PC user (MSOffice); at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position; knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral equipment (MFP, printer, scanner, telephone, fax); knowledge of cash register equipment, understanding of the principles of operation of payment terminals is desirable; necessary skills of initial diagnostics of computer and peripheral equipment, setting up and servicing workstations ( installation and configuration of the operating system and office software); experience as a system administrator will be an advantage. Responsibilities: receiving calls and providing advice to gas station users on working with software and hardware; ensuring smooth operation of users' personal workstations and peripheral equipment; installation of system and application software, its configuration; provision of technical maintenance of the company's hardware; primary repair of equipment; recording of incidents at the Service Desk. Working conditions: official employment, work in a stable, dynamically developing company; schedule for a trial period: Mon.-Fri. from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., after 1\2 (every two days) office in the city center, opportunities for professional and career development.
