- Processing of incidents, user requests through the service desk directly in the office or remotely
- User support, knowledge of the principles of working with AD, configuration, maintenance and updating of the corporate network
- Configuration/installation of operating systems Windows
- Connection, configuration and installation of drivers for peripheral equipment
- Enhancement of the LAN environment
- Support and development of corporate services, email and others
- Primary diagnostics of PC and peripheral device failures
- Daily operation and maintenance of PCs and peripherals
- Computer assembly, modular hardware replacement
- Diagnostics of PC hardware and software failures
- LAN support and other tasks
- Tracking the need for hardware upgrades
- Ensuring network security and connections to it
Requirements:
- Experience from 1 year in similar positions
