Functional duties:

• Providing consultations by phone and e-mail;
• Installing client software;
• Preparing new workplaces;
• Setting up mobile telephones (smartphones), landline IP telephones;
• Replacement of cartridges in office equipment, primary diagnostics office equipment;
• Equipment inventory;
• Maintenance and up-to-date technical documentation (instructions);
• Working with SCS;

• Improving the quality of IT user service.

Basic requirements:

• One ​​year of support experience;
• Experience of Windows 10-11 ActiveDirectory, Terminal Server, TeamViewer, Anydesk, Acronis, Veeam, Microsoft Windows Deployment Services, MS Office;
• Skills solve problems with equipment, have troubleshooting skills, software and prevent their occurrence;

• Driver's license category B.
