• Administration Google Workspace
• Creation of corporate e-mail for new employees
• Structure and digitization of documents
• Support of site launch, testing, correction of possible errors
• Analysis and introduction of new technologies, gamification, optimization of system architecture (data, infrastructure)
• Improvement of change management processes
• Improvement of system functionality
• Creation of technical documentation, tasks, reporting and internal policies

We would really like to talk to you, if you have:

• Ability to find improvement points in business processes and propose IT solutions
• Process automation skills (Zapier, Make or similar tools)
• Basic skills systems administration
• Knowledge of CRM systems (configuration, implementation, support)
• Ability to work with sites after development (administration, integration, technical support)
• Basic knowledge of creating and working with templates, tables, templates
• Working with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, etc.)
< li>Experience with low-code platforms (will be a plus)
