Professional requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of computer software and hardware principles.
• Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 (Active Directory, RDP) and Desktop (XP, 7, 8, 10).
• Ability to work with AD/RDP/VPN.
• Knowledge of the principles of firewalls, port configuration, etc.
• Understanding routing and IP-based networks -protocols (diagnosis and troubleshooting).
• Ability to identify hardware malfunctions and replace components.
• Ability to explain and solve problems in an accessible manner to users who are not always computer literate.
• Maintenance of technical documentation.
• Ability to work in a team.

Personal qualities:

• Communication, punctuality , organization, responsibility, friendliness, neat appearance.
• Ability to use tools (screwdriver, crimping tool, etc.).
