Requirements for the candidate:

• higher or incomplete higher technical education, specialization - computer science;
< li>work experience in servicing computers, laptops, peripheral equipment, office equipment;
• knowledge of the Windows OS and configuration principles;
• knowledge of office programs, service utilities, as well as their settings for the user;
• knowledge (understanding) of configuring mail services, servers;
• knowledge (understanding) of creating, configuring and maintaining local networks (DK, AD);
• setting up network equipment, network printers, other equipment;
• knowledge (understanding of operation, configuration principles) of active network equipment - routers, switches, network data transmission protocols;
• understanding of technical documentation in English language;
• ability to work in a team, communicate with colleagues;
• stress resistance, patience, politeness, sense of tact, desire to work and learn.

Responsibilities:

• installation and configuration of OC Windows;
• debug and administration of workstations;
• installation and configuration of software;
• diagnosis and elimination of software or hardware failures of workstations, peripheral devices;
• providing technical support to employees on the use of computer programs;< /li>
• support in the working condition of computer and peripheral equipment;
• participation in the organization of workplaces of new employees;
• support of existing and launch of new IT infrastructure services;< /li>
• monitoring of performance, changing the configuration of systems and services;
• administration of network and server equipment.
