Today we are looking for an IT Systems Administrator

Requirements for the candidate

• Work experience in the field of IT user support from 2 years (1st and 2nd line of support)
• Experience with Microsoft products: Windows 10-11, O365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Windows server 2016-2022
• Experience in building and operating SCS and understanding the structure of the OSI model.
• Experience in working and supporting IT production equipment.
• Ability to communicate with business and convey technical details.
• Intermediate English language skills (ability to conduct a dialogue with English speakers on work topics )
• Communicability, responsibility, autonomy, initiative and proactivity.

Mainresponsibilities / Main responsibilities:

•  Commissioning, installation, maintenance of computer equipment, peripheral equipment and office equipment.< /li>
• Provision of advisory assistance to the company's employees on the operation and use of computer equipment and software.
• Maintenance, monitoring and commissioning of the computer network (SCS and network equipment). Administration of network equipment and servers.
• Compilation and approval of documentation and instructions in accordance with GxP requirements and for users.
• Monitoring, distribution and execution of requests in the ITSM system.
• Installation, maintenance and monitoring of laboratory and production equipment.
